Bacon & Cheddar Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:
12 eggs, boiled and peeled 1/2 cup mayonnaise 4 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled 2 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese 1 tablespoon mustard Lemon pepper Paprika

Instructions:
I cook my bacon by wrapping it in paper towels and laying the bundle on a newspaper inside the microwave. In most microwaves, allow 1 minute per slice of bacon. This will give you bacon that’s not greasy and will be crisp enough to crumble easily when it’s cooled. Cut the eggs in half lengthways. Place the yolks into a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients through the lemon pepper. Stir to mix well, then fill the egg halves with the mixture. Dust a little paprika on top to add some color. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
