Ingredients:
10 ice cubes 1 cup of cranberry juice 1 banana, peeled and chopped – or 4 to 6 nice strawberries 1 cup of fruit yogurt

Instructions:
Put the ingredients into your blender in the order given and be sure to put the lid on it so it’s secure. Turn it on “grate” to crack up the ice then dial it on up to “liquefy.” Let the blender run at high speed for a minute or two so everything will be well blended. Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy. This should help cool you off for a little while. Make larger amounts and place glasses of it into the freezer. Then, you’ll have quick coolers ready in an instant.
