Ingredients:
From A Taste of the Murphin Ridge Inn, Ohio Makes six servings 3 large eggs 1 teaspoon orange zest 1 cup sugar 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon 2 cups buttermilk 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg 1 tablespoon butter, melted and cooled 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 (9-inch) ready-made piecrust

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Beat all ingredients together. Pour batter into piecrust. Bake for 35 minutes. Serve with Berry Sauce (recipe below) and garnish with fresh berries. Berry Sauce 1 pint sliced strawberries 1/4 cup seedless raspberry jam 1 pint raspberries Purée berries and jam; strain.
