1 tablespoons butter, softened
2 slices of salami, the kind you like best, chopped
4 small slices of dill pickle, minced
Spread the butter on crackers or party bread. Top with some salami and dill pickle.
Ellen actually uses bigger pieces of salami and rolls them in the shape of an ice cream cone. She cuts the dill pickle into julienne strips and lays a strip beside the salami.
Again, this just makes a few appetizers; multiply for a bigger crowd.
