Ingredients:
Makes 6-8 servings 2 pounds ground beef 1 onion, chopped 3 cans minestrone soup 2 cans Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies 2 cans Ranch Style beans 1 can yellow hominy 3 cups water

Instructions:
In a skillet, cook meat and onion together until meat is cooked through. Drain. In a soup pot, combine minestrone, Rotel, beans, hominy and water. Mix well. Add hamburger and onion mixture to soup pot. Cook over medium heat for 45 minutes, until flavors are combined.
