Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray cooking spray on 9-by-9-by-2-inch pan.
Place fillets in pan. Evenly sprinkle tops of fish with 1 tablespoon seasoning blend. Squeeze lemon juice over fish.
Toss cornflake crumbs with remaining 2 tablespoons seasoning blend. Carefully top fillets with corn flake crumbs. Bake for 20 minutes or until fish is fork-tender.
