Ingredients:
Makes six servings 1 pound carrots, grated 1/2 cup raisins 1/2 cup chopped walnuts 1 cup low-fat fruit-flavored yogurt (pineapple or lemon) 2 tablespoons Mrs. Dash Onion & Herb Seasoning Blend 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar

Instructions:
Combine carrots, raisins and walnuts in a medium bowl. Stir yogurt, seasoning blend and brown sugar in small bowl until smooth and well combined. Stir into carrot mixture. Cover and refrigerate until chilled and ready to serve.
