Marjean’s Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients:
6-8 ice cubes 1/2 cup cubed cantaloupe 1/2 cup pineapple chunks, reserve juice 1/2 cup cranberry juice 1/3 cup sliced bananas 1/4 cup pineapple juice 1 tablespoon honey 3/4 teaspoon lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon grated lemon peel

Instructions:
Before you start making this smoothie be sure to put your drinking glasses in the freezer to get them well-chilled. They will ice up when you fill them with the smoothie. Use your blender to make this. Dump all the ingredients into your blender and put the cover on tight. Start it up and blend until smooth. Pour into the chilled glasses and enjoy a really refreshing drink. It will cool you off on the hottest of days. You can even spike it with something, if you wish. (Marjean is young at heart and into the T-shirt thing, like young folks. My favorite one is pink with black letters saying something that, unfortunately, I think would get me lynched if I repeated it in a family newspaper!)
