Schmacon Asparagus Tomato Salad

Ingredients:
1 pound asparagus, trimmed 6 slices Schmacon 10 grape tomatoes, halved 12 basil leaves, chopped 12 green olives

Instructions:
Crisp Schmacon according to package directions. In another pot, blanch asparagus in boiling salted water or 3-4 minutes. Remove asparagus and place in a bowl of ice water. Assemble all ingredients on two plates and drizzle with vinaigrette.
