Homemade Totchos

Ingredients:
32-ounce bag tater tots 1 pound hamburger 1 package taco seasoning mix 3/4 cup water 1/2 tomato diced 1/4 cup black olives, minced 1/4 cup onions, diced* 2 cups melted Velveeta cheese 1/4 cup minced jalapeno peppers 1 cup sour cream

Instructions:
First thing you do is put the tater tots on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake at 450 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Brown and crumble up the hamburger, then drain off the resulting grease. Mix together taco seasoning and water and stir this into the browned hamburger. Fix a serving of the baked tater tots and spoon on some hamburger with the taco seasoning. Shake some of the tomatoes, black olives and onions (or the pico de gallo) over the top of the potatoes. Heat to melt the cheese in your Crock-Pot and ladle some of the melted cheese with or without the jalapenos over the top of the serving. Put it under your broiler to make sure everything is good and warm. Put a dollop of the sour cream on top as a crown, and serve. This makes a comforting, warm meal for any occasion. *Note: You can use pico de gallo instead of the tomatoes, black olives and onions.
