Basic Fruit Smoothies

Ingredients:
1 c. soymilk (plain or vanilla)
1/2 medium banana (may be frozen, if desired)
2 T. frozen fruit juice concentrate, undiluted
1/4 c. frozen fruit (optional)

Instructions:
Puree all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.

Pine-Orange-Banana Smoothie: Use pine-orange-banana juice concentrate in the Basic Fruit Smoothies recipe.

Cranberry-Raspberry Smoothie: Use cranberry (or cranberry-raspberry) juice concentrate and frozen raspberries in the Basic Fruit Smoothies recipe.

*If you don’t have the time to make the soy smoothies yourself, look for your favorite flavor at your nearest grocery store, usually found in the produce or health foods sections.
