Cat Head Garlic Biscuits
Skinny Cooks

Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour 1 tablespoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon garlic powder (not garlic salt) 1/4 cup butter, cut into small cubes 1 cup buttermilk 3 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions:
Mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and garlic powder in a mixing bowl. Stir it together well. Use a pastry cutter to cut the butter into the flour mixture – you’ll end up with crumbs smaller than peas, when it’s right. Add the buttermilk and parsley and mix together well to get a nice, moist batter. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Drop the biscuit batter onto a nonstick baking sheet and bake about 15-18 minutes until the biscuits are a nice golden color. You’ll love these.
