Preheat grill or broiler.
In small bowl, combine butter, Gorgonzola cheese and chives. Mix well to combine thoroughly. Season with pepper and reserve.
Season steaks liberally on both sides with steak seasoning.
Grill 4 to 5 minutes on each side or to desired doneness (alternately steaks can be broiled).
Remove steaks from grill and immediately top each with large dollop of Gorgonzola butter. Serve with baked potatoes.
