Chicken and Noodle Pot
Skinny Cooks

Ingredients:
2 packages thin sliced skinless, boneless, chicken breast pieces
4 to 6 cups of water
1/2 onion, chopped
Two (7 ounces) cans mushrooms – 1 can button mushrooms and 1 pieces and stems – drained
Salt and pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
8 ounces egg noodles
1 pack of Ramen noodles with seasoning pack
3 cups instant mashed potato flakes
1 can peas, drained

Instructions:
Use a good-sized pot and start the chicken pieces heating in the water. Bring it to a light boil and add the onions, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Add the can of cream of mushroom soup and stir. The egg noodles are the thin type that can cook in 5-7 minutes. While cooking these in your mixture, add the package of Ramen noodles and its seasoning.
Stir some more. Lightly boil for 7-8 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in the mashed potato flakes and the can of peas.
Let it set 5-10 minutes before serving, and you’re ready to enjoy a heck of a good meal.
