Skinny Cooks

Ingredients:
2 pounds ground beef 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon pepper 2 cups sour cream Loaf of French bread, sliced in half from end to end Butter 2 medium tomatoes, seeds removed and chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions:
Combine the ground beef and chopped onion and brown in your skillet. Pour off grease; add the salt, garlic powder, pepper and sour cream and stir together well. Slice the loaf of bread from end to end and spread with butter. Put the bread on a baking sheet and spread the meat mixture on each half-loaf. Add some of the tomatoes, green pepper and the cheese on top of the pizza burgers. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20 minutes. When the cheese melts, it should be just right; slice and serve. You may need to multiply this recipe and bake the pizza burgers in shifts to keep everybody happy.
