Soup Pot Spaghetti
Skinny Cooks

Ingredients:
1 can of peas with liquid 1 can of green beans with liquid 1 can of crushed tomatoes with liquid 1 tomato can of water 1 medium onion chopped 1 precooked chicken breast, chopped into bite-size pieces 3 Polish sausages, chopped into bite-size pieces* 1/2 pound angel hair spaghetti broken into 2-inch pieces Any spices you like such as oregano, basil, salt and pepper Note: The cans of peas, green beans and crushed tomatoes average about 15 ounces in size. Just place the ingredients into your soup pot and bring to a light boil.

Instructions:
You’ll want to boil the spaghetti soup long enough to get the onions translucent and to get the spaghetti done the way you like it. You probably can’t make a meal as scrumptious as this with this little effort. You can multiply the ingredients in the proportions given above to make enough to serve a big crowd. The leftovers freeze well and can be warmed in the microwave whenever you need a quick and tasty meal. *I use Bar S Polish sausages when I make this recipe. They’re about the size of hot dogs and contain good seasoning. They’re precooked so you just need to chop them up and toss them into the pot with the rest of the ingredients.
