Mushroom Mix & Chicken Pizza
Fats that fit a healthy diet

Ingredients:
Makes four pizzas 5-6 cremini mushrooms, sliced 5-6 white button mushrooms, sliced 5-6 oyster mushrooms, sliced 1 cup cooked chicken, coarsely diced 4 6-inch whole wheat tortillas 4-6 tablespoons Nuttin’ Better Sauce (see above) 2-3 tablespoons grated mozzarella cheese

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place tortillas onto foil-lined baking sheet. Spread 1-2 tablespoons sauce on each tortilla. Divide mushrooms and chicken onto each of the tortillas. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 5-10 minutes; serve immediately.
