This Forum will examine the power of data to improve cooperation and agility throughout the agricultural supply chain, from farm gate to food service. Speakers will examine current challenges, such as barriers to efficiency and traceability, and the complexity of capturing and leveraging data across ag production systems.
Attendees will hear from these experts:
Larkin Martin – CEO, Martin Farm;

Ranveer Chandra – chief scientist, Microsoft Azure Global; lead, FarmBeats Project.
“Data affects every stage of the food and ag value chain,” said Shari Rogge-Fidler, Farm Foundation president and CEO. “On the heels of the supply and demand challenges of COVID-19, the potential for the improved use of that data to impact all stakeholders is a very timely topic.”
This event will be virtual. There is no cost to attend, but registration is required. Professionals throughout the agricultural supply chain are encouraged to attend, including farmers and ranchers, packers and processors, distribution and logistics companies, food service providers and technology providers.
