EHD, EEE viruses confirmed for Ohio wild deer, livestock
In late August, the first case of epizootic hemorrhagic disease (EHD) was confirmed in both whitetail deer and cattle, for Ohio. The virus was diagnosed by the Ohio Department of Agriculture’s (ODA) Animal Disease Diagnostic Laboratory.
