July 10: The first Advanced Kentucky Grazing School will take place at the University of Kentucky College of Agriculture’s C. Oran Little Research Center in Versailles, Ky. The one-day school is for participants who have previously attended one of UK’s grazing programs. The registration fee is $20. TENNESSEE
July 10: The University of Tennessee Center for Profitable Agriculture will present “Taking a Look at Value-Added Dairy Opportunities,” a brief workshop designed to help dairy farmers calculate milk production costs and assess the costs associated with on-farm milk processing in Athens, Tenn.
