Ohio Holstein’s winter barn meeting and sale scheduled on Dec. 15
NASHVILLE, Ohio — The Ohio Holstein Assoc. (OHA) Winter Barn Meeting and Springhill Tag Sale will be Dec. 15 from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. and the Tag Sale will continue on Dec. 16, from 1-5 p.m.
A ham loaf lunch will be held at noon on Dec. 15, at the Nashville United Church on State Route 39 at the west edge of Nashville. Call 330-264-9088 or email to oholstein@embarqmail.com to check if lunch reservations are still being accepted.

Don Bennink of North Florida Holsteins will be the featured speaker following the luncheon. His farm has developed more than 750 Excellent Holstein cows, consistently ranks on cooperative quality honor rolls and received Premier Breeder and Exhibitor recognition.
The Springhill Tag Sale will be held in conjunction with the luncheon and barn meeting. Springhill is owned by Chris Lang and Tom, Karen and Kendra Lang and is located at 7109 State Route 514, Big Prairie, Ohio. The sale will feature registered Holstein cattle of all kinds to meet any dairy’s needs. There will be project calves for 2013, great pedigreed cows, Red and Whites, herd replacements and exciting genomics.
