Indiana agribiz lunches scuppered
By MICHELE F. MIHALJEVICH

NEW HAVEN, Ind. — The Northeast Indiana Agribusiness Luncheon scheduled for March 12 in New Haven was canceled because of “unforeseen circumstances,” an organizer said last week.

A similar event scheduled for March 13 in Elkhart was also canceled.
Brian Sheikh, an event coordinator with Federated Entertainment, declined to elaborate on the cancellations. He said the decision to cancel was made March 11. Refunds were to be available within 5-7 days of the cancellations, according to websites promoting the events.
Organizers hope to revamp the events and reschedule them for the fall, Sheikh said.
