It’s time for PETA name to drop ‘ethical’ and ‘animals’
PETA has sunk to a new low. We all know them as People for Ethical Treatment of Animals, but “Ethical” needs to go because they are as unethical as it gets. Period.

I’ve written about their propaganda before. They like to promote the saving of unwanted pets in the name of animal welfare, but last year they killed 1,647 of the pets they “rescued” at their Virginia facility.

But let’s give credit where credit is due; they actually “rehomed” 19 pets from that facility – bless their hearts.

Apparently they have been so ineffective in their campaign to gather members they have decided to venture into pornography. Before you scoff, let me tell you about the Lettuce Ladies.
PETA has an entire website dedicated to scantily clad women covered in lettuce to make their vegetarian point. The point escapes me because the only reason anyone would go there is to look at the beautiful women who have exploited themselves for money, all under guise of a good cause: Saving of unwanted pets.
The Lettuce Ladies have a “PETA make-out tour,” “tofu wrestling” and videos of things no one should watch. We all know sex sells and porn is popular and has been for thousands of years. This is nothing new. But let me tell the rest of the story…

A 14-year-old boy named Logan, from Louisiana, wanted to earn money for an ambassador trip to Great Brittan. Being from a family of six kids, the chunk of change he needed would not be withdrawn from the Bank of Dad, but had to be raised some other way.
Logan’s family came up with the idea of raffling off a steer. They are currently selling the tickets and will raffle off the steer in May.
PETA got wind of this great idea and sent an email to Logan telling him that an animal should not have to die for him to take a trip overseas. Instead, they “encouraged” him to let them take the steer and let it live out its life in a sanctuary. (Where? Virginia?)
And then PETA graciously suggested some alternative fundraising activities, like having the bikini-clad Lettuce Ladies come to his school to do a veggie hot dog sale. But wait, there’s more!
In the email that PETA sent to Logan, they put the link to their porn-filled “Lettuce Ladies” website, so this normal 14-year-old boy with hormones a-racin’ could go look at this great fundraising idea. Thanks, PETA.

Ethical? Not a chance. Integrity? None at all. Any and all moral arguments are lost on this group. They not only have no idea of the rightful place of animals on this God-created Earth, but they are hypocritical in their pursuit of animal freedom. What credibility could they possibly have with anyone?

Their sleazy, sex-sells agenda is nothing but a ploy, and they themselves have fallen for it. The thief comes to steal, kill and destroy – and PETA has swallowed it hook, line and sinker.
