Transparency and sincerity pave path of fulfilling person’s destiny
“Transparency and sincerity pave the path of fulfilling your destiny.”
In searching for a little truth this morning through my morning perusal of the Internet and my e-mail, I came up with my own quote, which probably isn’t worth much, but it does seem to ring true in any world you want to apply it to.

No matter what you think, who you are or where you’re headed, you have a destiny in this world. A plan that is just yours and one that is marvelous and that can only be fulfilled by you. You have been uniquely gifted to carry out this unique plan.

And along this road of fulfilling your plan you will be tested. There will be days when you will want to turn around and head back to shelter. There will be days when you can’t think of anything more difficult. There will be quiet, peaceful days.

And then there will be days when your jaw drops open and you’re amazed at where you’re standing and what you’ve accomplished. Along this path you will also be called to be transparent. You won’t be able to cover up who you are or what you stand for. If you want to fulfill your destiny you will be called upon to let people see the authentic person you really are. But feeling insecure about who you are and what you’re doing is normal.

There will be days when you want to crawl back in bed or hide under a rock and never let anyone see who you really are. Quite frankly these will be the days that you want to deactivate your Facebook account, cancel your Twitter account and you sure don’t want people to be able to “Google” you in any way, shape or form.

You can dress your insecurities with ego and a sweet smile, but the truth is, people will see right through you. You can talk a big story, but people will hear the truth. If you aren’t walking the walk, people will recognize you’re just talking the talk.

Take off the mask, decide to be sincere and allow others to see you. When you are on the road to working the plan that is designed just for you; don’t be fooled into thinking you’re the only one being affected. Make no mistake; your plan will have corporate consequences.

You will influence multitudes around you. In fact, people are waiting to be influenced by you. People are in place just waiting for you to work this plan. Don’t miss out on this opportunity that is right in front of you.

Transparency and sincerity are required for a successful destiny. Don’t settle for “just okay,” but forge ahead and soar.
