Corn Marketing Program of Michigan

& Michigan Corn Growers Assoc.

The Michigan Corn Growers Assoc. (MCGA) is accepting applications for its 2015 scholarship program. The scholarship is awarded annually to deserving students with ties to Michigan’s corn industry, to help further their educational goals.

MCGA will award a minimum of two scholarships in the amount of $1,000 each. Student members of MCGA, corn growers, associate members and children of members are eligible and encouraged to apply.

Applicants must be between the ages of 17-25 and enrolled full-time at a post-secondary educational institution during the fall 2015 semester.

Applications must be received by 5 p.m. on Feb. 13, 2015. For more information, or to request an application, visit Michigan Corn online at www.micorn.org or call 888-323-6601.

Win tower tour of the Mackinac Bridge

To help raise money for the MCGA scholarship program, the Michigan Corn office is raffling off a trip for two lucky people to take a tower tour to the top of the Mighty Mac!

The Mackinac Bridge Authority awards a limited number of these trips each year, so don’t miss out.

Tickets are only $10 and all proceeds will benefit the MCGA Scholarship Fund. To purchase raffle tickets, call the Michigan Corn office at 888-323-6601.
