KENTUCKY

June 15: The Kentucky Agricultural Development Board will hold its monthly business meeting at 10 a.m. EDT at the Kentucky State University Cooperative Extension Building, 400 E Main Street, Meeting Rooms 238 A-B, Frankfort, Ky. The KADB’s Marketing and Entrepreneurship Committee will meet at 9 a.m. in Room 238C, and its White Application Review Committee will meet following the business meeting. June 17-21: The Institute for Future Agricultural Leaders will offer a five-day conference at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, Ky. MICHIGAN

June 13-15: Dairy Farmers of Ontario Chair Ralph Dietrich will visit Michigan to share his perspective on pros and cons of the Canadian dairy supply management program. Five forums around the state – in Marlette, Clare, St. Johns, Dorr and Marshall, Mich. – will address whether elements of the Canadian system could be incorporated into the U.S. dairy industry to balance milk supply and demand.
