Nolan Sampson new Halderman business
development director

Halderman Real Estate and Farm Management welcomes Nolan Sampson as director of business development. “Nolan comes to us from the retail agriculture sector and has a wealth of agricultural knowledge but we are most excited about his ability to serve our current and future clients,” said Pat Karst, vice president, Halderman Real Estate Services, Inc.
As a native of LaPorte County, Ind., Sampson was raised on a grain and livestock farm. He attended Purdue University earning his Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics: Farm Management Concentration. He has a wide array of knowledge and first-hand ag experience ranging from crop production, including the operation and service of pivot irrigation systems, to special projects manager where he developed systematic water quality analysis. Today, Sampson owns a grain farm, NK Sampson Farms, and operates Sampson Beef, LLC which is a direct to consume freezer meat business.
This accumulation of experience results from production agriculture, ag retail, agronomy and environmental consulting for large livestock operations. His newest endeavor as director of business development at Halderman Real Estate and Farm Management involves working with representatives to assist in outreach and education with strategic partners. Sampson enjoys working with people to help bring them together and form connections by helping everyone become more effective and ultimately achieving their goals.
Sampson enjoys playing with his daughter, Doris, watching his crops and livestock grow, hiking, camping, as well as spending time with his wife, Kelsey.
Halderman Farm Management Service, Inc. was founded in 1930 in Wabash, Ind., by Howard H. and Marie Halderman. Today, the Halderman companies manage more than 650 farms across 19 states and Canada. It is one of the largest family-owned professional farm management and real estate organizations in the United States.
