Hazlett joins MachineryLink as CEO
KANSAS CITY, Mo. — MachineryLink, Inc. recently announced that Scott D. Hazlett has joined the company as chief executive officer (CEO), effective April 3.

David Forsee, cofounder of MachineryLink, who previously served as CEO, said the company’s tremendous growth over the past few years created the need for additional leadership talent to manage that growth into the future.

Hazlett most recently served as a Group President of TriMas Corporation’s Transportation Access-ories unit. Hazlett’s industrial leadership profile also includes President & COO of an Internet-based, global supply-chain and strategic sourcing start-up, and division leadership roles with Case Corporation, CNH Global, and James River Corporation.

Mycogen hires Brouillette
INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — Mycogen Seeds has named John Brouillette as an Animal Nutrition Specialist for the company’s Northeast District of the United States.

In this position, Brouillette will support a number of nutrition, management and sales efforts.

He also will be developing information and educational initiatives for Mycogen Silage-Specific™ brown mid-rib (BMR) corn hybrids.

“Brouillette will be a valuable resource to the Mycogen Seeds Nutrition Team,” said Chuck Schneider, National Channel Manager, Mycogen Seeds. “He brings a unique level of expertise that will assist growers in meeting their dairy nutrition needs.”

Prior to joining Mycogen Seeds, Brouillette was in market management and technical support at Dairy One Cooperative, Inc., Ithaca, N.Y.

Additionally, he spent five years as a college professor at Morrisville State College, Morrisville, N.Y., and three years as an extension dairy specialist at Cornell University, Ithaca.

Brouillette received both a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree from Cornell University. He resides in Waterville, N.Y.
