Halderman Real Estate welcomes Kathie Wittmer to firm
 
Halderman Real Estate and Farm Management welcomes Kathie Wittmer as an area representative in Northwestern Indiana.
As a native of the Northwest Indiana region, Wittmer grew up in a multigenerational farming family. She began her real estate career working in short sale transactions and bank dispositions for a local firm’s residential division. This experience led her to a passion for real estate and working with people. She was inspired by her experience to go back to school and attend Indiana Wesleyan University, earning her Bachelors of Science with a major in business management. While earning her degree, she also began working on her appraisal licensing. She is currently working to acquire her Certified General Appraisal License for the State of Indiana and is excited to jump into auctions and private sales as she grows within the company.
